Canvas comparison

Best node-based AI canvas: the 2026 comparison

There is no single best node-based AI canvas. FLORA for 3D and timeline work, Figma Weave if your team works in Figma, Krea for real-time generation, ComfyUI for open source, Higgsfield for its in-house models. Beemm Vision, published in France, brings 143+ models billed in euros, with spreadsheet batch runs, apps, an API and an MCP server, as FLORA does.

Six node-based AI canvases, side by side

Each product compared on what its official documentation states, read on the date shown. No score and no ranking: all six are real node-based canvases, and the right pick depends on what you do. "Not documented" means we could not find it on an official page, not that the feature does not exist.

  • Facts checked on 20 October 2026 on each product’s official pages (pricing, documentation, help centre), listed below. Features and plans change fast: check before you commit.
  • Beemm Vision is not neutral: it is our product. That is why every competitor cell points to a public source, and why a feature missing from their documentation reads "not documented", never "no".

The right canvas for the job

A full creative studio, 3D and timeline included

FLORA is the closest to Beemm Vision feature by feature: real-time co-editing, batch runs, App Mode, API and MCP. It goes further on 3D, layer editing and the timeline, and holds a SOC 2 Type 2 certification. It bills in US dollars.

A team that already works in Figma

Figma Weave, the former Weavy bought by Figma, publishes workflows as tools you can use inside Figma and on Figma Community. Its documentation describes read-only sharing and does not mention co-editing; it keeps its API for the Enterprise plan.

Exploring in real time

Krea is known for real-time generation and has its own models, Krea 1 to 3. Krea Nodes, its node canvas, turns a workflow into an app with the Node App Builder. Its documentation does not describe spreadsheet batch runs.

Full control, open source

ComfyUI runs on your own GPU under a free licence, with tens of thousands of community nodes; Comfy Cloud removes the install, and Partner Nodes also call closed models. It is the most customisable, at the price of setting it up.

Turnkey studios and in-house models

Higgsfield adds its in-house Soul models and Adobe, DaVinci and Figma plugins to its Canvas. Its "Apps" are generated from a prompt in Supercomputer; its documentation does not describe publishing a Canvas workflow as an app. Several Higgsfield (Genjutsu, Soul) and Krea models also run in Beemm Vision.

Producing at scale, in euros, with a French publisher

Beemm Vision puts 143+ image and video models on one credit balance in euros. Scale reruns a whole workflow per spreadsheet row, App mode publishes it as a form, and the MCP server lets an agent build and edit it. The publisher, BeeMM SAS, is based in France.

Settle it on your own workflow

A table tells you what a canvas can do, not what it changes for your team. The test takes four steps.

  1. 1 · Pick a real workflowTake a task you repeat: a product visual series, a set of formats, a storyboard. Not a demo.
  2. 2 · Build it in two canvasesRebuild it in both candidates, with the same models where available, on the free plans where they allow it. Note the time it takes.
  3. 3 · Run it as a seriesRerun it on ten rows: ten products, ten formats. This is where batch runs and apps make the difference (on Beemm Vision, Scale needs the Studio plan).
  4. 4 · Hand it to someone elseShare it with a colleague, or publish it as an app, and see whether they use it without you.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best node-based AI canvas in 2026?
None wins every use case. FLORA combines 3D, layers and a timeline; Figma Weave is built into Figma; Krea is known for real-time generation; ComfyUI is the only open-source one in the table; Higgsfield has its in-house Soul models. Beemm Vision combines 143+ models billed in euros and, like FLORA, spreadsheet batch runs, apps, an API and an MCP server.
What is a node-based AI canvas?
An infinite board where each step is a node: an imported image, a prompt, a model, a result. Nodes are wired together, so one output becomes the next input. You build a reusable workflow instead of a string of prompts in a chat thread.
Which FLORA or Weavy alternative should I pick?
Beemm Vision and FLORA have nearly the same features: the difference lies in the catalogue, the currency and the publisher. Against Figma Weave, it lies in co-editing, which Weave’s documentation does not describe, and an MCP server that creates workflows, which Weave says it does not support yet. Our Beemm Vision vs FLORA and vs Weavy pages go through each point.
Is there a free node-based AI canvas?
All six have a free plan or free use. ComfyUI is free locally, on your own GPU. Beemm Vision gives 100 credits with no card, on the whole catalogue, image and video included.
Which canvases run a workflow over a spreadsheet?
Beemm Vision (Scale, the whole workflow once per row) and FLORA (Batch Generate, a prompt spreadsheet of up to 200 rows) document it; Figma Weave imports a CSV into its Iterator nodes, ComfyUI processes lists and Krea splits prompts into batches. Higgsfield does not document it.
Can an external AI agent build a workflow, through MCP?
Yes for Beemm Vision, FLORA and ComfyUI, whose MCP servers create and edit workflows. Those of Figma Weave, Krea and Higgsfield run generations or tools; their documentation does not describe editing workflows through MCP. Inside the app, Krea (Nodes Agent), FLORA and ComfyUI also have an agent that builds workflows from natural language.
Is this comparison neutral?
No, and we say so: Beemm Vision is our product. To make up for it, every competitor cell comes from an official page listed under the table, read on the date shown, and a feature we could not find reads "not documented", never "no".

Try Beemm Vision on your own workflow

The free plan gives 100 credits and the whole catalogue, no card needed. Build your workflow; batch runs (Scale) come with the Studio plan.
