4. Reporting illegal content — notice and action

Beemm Vision hosts content created or generated by its users, some of which may be published publicly (public profiles, applications published by users, shared templates). Anyone — whether or not they hold an account — may notify us of content they consider illegal.

Notices are to be sent to [email protected], with the subject line “Illegal content notice”. To allow us to act, a notice should contain:

• a sufficiently precise and substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal;
• the exact URL or any element allowing the content to be located;
• the name and email address of the person submitting the notice (except where the notice concerns offences relating to child sexual abuse material);
• a statement that the information contained in the notice is accurate and complete, to the best of the notifier's knowledge.

We acknowledge receipt of every notice without undue delay and inform the notifier of the decision taken. Any decision to remove content, restrict its visibility, suspend or terminate an account is notified to the affected user with a statement of reasons, and may be contested by reply to the same address. Manifestly illegal content is removed without delay; content relating to child sexual abuse or to the incitement of terrorism is reported to the competent authorities.

Sending a notice that is knowingly inaccurate or abusive may engage the liability of its author.

All elements accessible on the site and in the application (text, images, logos, trademarks, structures, source code, layouts), excluding content created or generated by users and excluding third-party AI models, are the exclusive property of the publishing company or of its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute infringement, sanctioned by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Third-party trademarks and model names mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention is informational and does not imply any commercial partnership unless expressly stated.

Reservation of rights against text and data mining. In accordance with article L.122-5-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code and with article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790, Beemm expressly objects to any reproduction or digital copy of the content of the website and of the application for the purposes of text and data mining, by any means whatsoever, in particular by robots, automated programs or any other extraction device, including for the training of artificial intelligence models. This objection does not apply to mining carried out for scientific research purposes under the conditions provided for by law. Beemm reserves the right to implement the proportionate measures necessary to protect the integrity of its content.
